What prompted/inspired you to join the auto industry and what do you enjoy most about it?
I grew up in the auto industry from the time I was born. My father was a car dealer, and many of my lifelong memories are from spending time in his dealerships and watching the business in action. Being immersed in that environment sparked a lifelong appreciation for the industry and what it takes to successfully run an organization built on trust, service, and strong partnerships.
What I enjoy most about the automotive industry is how dynamic and collaborative it is. It’s an environment where relationships are everything, and where innovation and problem-solving are happening every day. Being surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do makes the work both exciting and fulfilling.
What is the top trend you’re watching in the used-car industry this year?
A key trend I’m watching is the continued modernization of remarketing through technology and data. Digital marketplaces, real-time pricing insights, and more efficient logistics solutions are transforming how vehicles are sourced, priced, and moved through the ecosystem, helping the industry operate faster and more intelligently.
We’re also seeing a significant increase in buyers purchasing vehicles online from outside of their local markets, which is expanding the reach of remarketing channels and placing even greater importance on seamless digital transactions and reliable vehicle transportation. It’s exciting to see how innovation is helping the industry move vehicles more efficiently while improving the experience for both buyers and sellers.
What accomplishment are you most proud of in your career?
One accomplishment I’m most proud of in my career is helping support organizations during important periods of growth and innovation while creating meaningful experiences that strengthen relationships within our teams and across the industry.

Whether it’s launching new programs, bringing people together through events, or supporting major company initiatives, I take great pride in contributing to efforts that elevate the brand and move the business forward. Seeing those initiatives foster collaboration, engagement, and connection makes the work incredibly rewarding.
Who is someone who has inspired you personally or professionally?
My father has been the greatest inspiration in both my personal and professional life. I had a front row seat to watch him build his business through hard work, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way. While his professional success was impressive, what left the greatest impression on me was the way he prioritized our family. Seeing him balance the demands of work while being a devoted husband and father shaped how I approach my own life today. It’s something I strive to carry forward with my own family, ensuring that no matter how busy life becomes, the people and moments that matter most always come first. He taught me that true success isn’t defined only by professional achievements, but by the life you build and the memories you create with the people you love.
