FRANKLIN, Tenn. -

ServNet is looking to gain even more traction with import-brand vehicles this year, and it appears the auction group is well on its way.

For one, Toyota Financial Services has entered an agreement to sell off-lease units at ServNet-member auction DAA Northwest, and American Honda Financial Corp. will remarket vehicles at Brasher’s Sacramento Auto Auction, State Line Auto Auction and BSC America’s Bel Air Auto Auction — all ServNet auctions.

“ServNet auctions penetrate the market on both a regional and national basis, reaching a dealer base that is eager for the opportunity to purchase import brands at the auction,” said Pierre Pons, ServNet chief executive officer.  “With the facilities, systems and processes in place to handle the flow of vehicles with efficiency and levels of customer service that are unparalleled in the industry, ServNet auctions are proving their leadership in all segments of the market.”

DAA Northwest’s Bob McConkey said off-lease Toyota vehicles debuted at his auction back in November, and the TFS sales have been a success ever since.

“We are proud to be counted among the elite group of auctions that have earned the confidence of Toyota Financial Services,” he said.

ServNet pointed out that State Line and KCI Kansas City have enjoyed high-percentage Hyundai Motor Finance sales.

What’s more, KCI has had a good deal of success with Kia Motors America and Kia Motors Finance sales.

“We forecast another strong year of selling for Hyundai Motor Finance, Kia Motors America, Inc. and Kia Motors Finance at KCI Kansas City,” said Doug Doll, the auction’s owner and general manager. “Our import dealer loyalty has grown tremendously in the past year and we look forward to an even stronger 2014.”

State Line and Bel Air are scheduled to begin their respective American Honda Finance accounts mid-February.

Meanwhile, Brasher’s Sacramento hosted its first AHFC sale on Tuesday.

“We’ve got dealers from all over the West for our first sale from Honda Finance,” said John Brasher in the auction’s latest post-sale report, which can be viewed here. “We’ve got 85 cars today, and they’re all bringing all the money.”
