Add Washington, D.C. to the list of markets where Clutch Technologies now has a presence.

A vehicle subscription service known as inride has launched at the Koons of Silver Spring dealership in D.C. area.

Clutch, which provides the technology to companies offering vehicle subscription, now lists inride among its customers.

In a news release, inride co-founder Alex Perdikis claims his company is the first to provide vehicle subscriptions in the D.C. area.

“Coupled with an easy to use app, inride members have access to the most coveted garage of vehicles with just a few taps on their phone.  Subscription car service is a flexible alternative to today's traditional means of car ownership,” Perdikis said. “We are excited to position inride at the forefront of this growing trend, and exclusively as the very first of its kind in the D.C. market.”

Just last month, Clutch added three new dealership groups to its roster: Fields Auto Group, Park Place Dealerships and Prime Motor Group, which are now utilizing the subscription platform.
