RICHMOND, Va. -

Four days after announcing its hub in the Southwest, CarLotz said Monday it has opened a hub in Denver, its first in Colorado.

With this addition, CarLotz now operates in California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington state.

It also has plans to open soon in Georgia and Missouri.

On Thursday, CarLotz said it would be opening a Las Vegas hub by the end of the year.

“I am thrilled the day is here that guests in the Mile-High city are able to experience CarLotz’s one-of-a-kind consignment-to-retail model,” CarLotz chief executive officer and co-founder Michael Bor said in a news release on the Denver launch.

“Our expansion into the Southern Rockies coupled with our recent announcement about our planned opening in Las Vegas means we are closer to creating the world’s best buying and selling experience for our guests,” Bor said. “And a sincere thanks goes out to my team members for making days like today possible — they are truly special.”

As far as the Vegas launch, the hub is slated for 4701 West Sahara Avenue. This will be the company’s first foray into Nevada and the Southwest.

“Las Vegas is a vibrant community filled with passionate car buyers and sellers,” Bor said. “With nearly 30,000 square feet to serve our guests, this will be one of CarLotz’s largest hubs opening this year and we are confident our one-of-a-kind service, value and inventory will prove to be a winning combination for the people of Las Vegas and the surrounding area.”

The company said it also has positions open throughout the U.S. for sales coaches, service technicians and managers, as well as other positions.
