On Tuesday, Vehlo consolidated its dealer solutions under the RapidRecon brand to create a unified platform.

The company said Velocity Automotive Solutions products — including Recon Velocity, Velocity Engage, Velocity Window Stickers, and Velocity VINSight — now will operate exclusively under the RapidRecon brand.

Vehlo explained the move will give dealers streamlined experiences, helping clients grow revenue and deliver exceptional customer service.

“Bringing Velocity Automotive Solutions under the RapidRecon brand is the natural next step in maintaining a best-in-class dealer reconditioning solutions platform,” Vehlo CEO Josh Weis said in a news release.

“Our dealers deserve a unified experience that is simpler to navigate and backed by the full strength of the RapidRecon platform. This consolidation does exactly that, without disrupting a single workflow or relationship our customers depend on,” Weis continued.

Vehlo’s Velocity Automotive Solutions and RapidRecon have served thousands of dealerships nationwide as complementary platforms. The company reiterated that unifying them under the RapidRecon name eliminates redundancy and provides dealers with a clearer, more consistent path to faster reconditioning and improved inventory availability.

The company insisted that current Velocity Automotive Solutions customers will experience a seamless transition, as all products, features, workflows, and support teams remain unchanged.

Customers can continue to access their tools through the Rapid Recon platform using their existing credentials.

RapidRecon is Vehlo’s flagship recon solution, with a platform that includes:

—Rapid Recon Pro, real-time reconditioning workflow management that provides dealers with complete visibility into each vehicle’s progress, eliminates bottlenecks, and maximizes speed-to-sale

—Rapid Engage, a digital vehicle portfolio solution that delivers fast, automated, and customized responses to online shoppers, keeping them engaged through heat-mapping analytics and price change alerts

—Rapid VINSight, an appraisal tool that provides dealership staff with diagnostic trouble codes, emissions status, open safety recall data, and evidence-based reporting to support confident appraisals and purchases

—Rapid Vehicle Build Sheets, which pull authoritative OEM data by VIN for used, certified pre-owned, and new inventory, going beyond what a traditional window sticker can offer and giving dealers and customers accurate, transparent vehicle information throughout the sales process.

The company added that RapidRecon legacy customers are not affected by this update and will continue to receive full support on their current platform.
