Fisker’s drive toward a dealership model in the U.S. continues.

The electric vehicle manufacturer said it has signed agreements with six new dealer partners for dealerships in California, Missouri and Pennsylvania, and a distributorship in the U.S. territory of Guam.

Three of the new stores — LA Fisker and West Covina Fisker in Los Angeles County and Lumin Fisker in Sacramento — represent Fisker’s first California dealerships. They’re joined by Fisker of Kansas City (Mo.), NEPA Fisker of Forest City (Pa.), and Fisker Guam. The company said they “will soon be operational and listed on fiskerinc.com.”

“California is an exceptionally important market for us,” a Fisker spokesman said in a news release, “and our team has been working hard to sign dealer partners in the state. We are also very pleased to grow our national network as we add another key midwestern city — Kansas City — as well new locations in Pennsylvania and Guam.”

Fisker announced its “strategic shift” from direct sales to a dealer partnership model in January. With the new additions, Fisker now has 12 dealer partners with 16 locations in 11 states and Guam.

In March, Fisker reduced the manufacturer’s suggested retail price of model year 2023 Fisker Oceans in the U.S., with the MSRP of the Ocean Extreme trim falling from $61,499 to $37,499 – a massive $24,000 price drop. Fisker cut the MSRPs of the 2023 Ultra trim by $18,000 to $34,999 and the model by $14,000 to $24,999.
