WarrCloud, a platform that aims to automate the OEM warranty claims process for dealers, said Wednesday it has entered a data-sharing agreement with Toyota Motor North America.
As part of the agreement, TMNA will send specific data (limited to data sourcing) to WarrCloud to support operational processes regarding warranty claims administration for Toyota and Lexus dealers.
WarrCloud’s platform uses proprietary artificial intelligence models to automate warranty claims processing for car dealers, with the goal of reducing administrative costs, increasing accuracy and speeding up claims handling and reimbursement timelines.
“We’re pleased to have formalized this data sharing arrangement with TMNA,” WarrCloud founder and CEO Jim Roche said in a news release. “Direct access to relevant OEM data allows us to continue delivering fast, accurate warranty processing support to dealerships, while upholding the compliance and operational standards our customers expect.”
