Q1 used-car sales figures down 2.5% from ’22

The used-car market continues to face several headwinds, and amid those challenges, Cox Automotive shared an update on how pre-owned sales fared in early 2023.
According to data provided specifically to Auto Remarketing via email, there were an estimated 9.38 million total used-car sales in the first quarter, down from 9.62 million in Q1 2022.
